through our "SelfSupportSuite". This
is a suite of support tools that enables
our customers to solve their own problems
quickly and easily. A knowledgebase full
of frequently asked questions and submitted
email tickets can prove to be a valuable
source of help for many customers. This
is coupled with a professional email
ticketing system, where customers can
ask questions directly to our technical
support staff should they require a more
personal answer.
Access to the "SelfSupportSuite" is
free of charge to VLE Hosting customers
and is available as soon as your hosting
account has been activated.
If you require a more urgent response,
or would prefer to talk to someone, you
can call our premium technical
support staff between 9am and 5pm. Details
are provided in your welcome email and
your call will be charged per hour and
you will receive an invoice for each
month you
contact our telephone support.
